"The view at the hotel was charming and the neighborhood peaceful the majority of the staff was kind. However the hotel access with the car is challenging by car. I booked for 2 people but had to ask for a blanket and another towels cuz they only provided one and a thin couch blanket on the bed so they gave me just an extra bedsheet to use as a blanket. There was rat stool and a dead cockroach in the room and the bedside drawers. "

"The staff immediately contacted us by WhatsApp to confirm the reservation and were very friendly and responsive throughout. The property is brand new and very clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Limbe."

"Arrived a little antsy but was reassured by the security guards who directed us to valet. The establishment’s esthetics was well done. We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way "
