"Wij mochten 4 nachten verblijven in dit fantastische hotel. Kan er maar 1 woord voor vinden “uitmuntend’ Het personeel en niemand uitgezonderd zijn super vriendelijk. Als ik er dan even 2 mag benoemen zijn dat Belinda en Fahmi. Zij geven de bezoekers zoveel extra aandacht “top” Hiermee wil ik het andere personeel zeker niet te kort doen, want van de concierge , bewakers tot bediening ze waren allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn uitstekend. Ruim en van alle gemaken voorzien....

"This property is exceptional. The well-maintained grounds are peaceful and quiet. The staff are super polite and attentive. "I stayed three nights here and would defiantly stay again if Yogyakarta. Place was great - staff were excellent. Especially at reception Yudha, Fara and the duty manager Indra who helped tremendously when I had left my small rucksack with important items in the taxi and realised 6 hours later - they all helped to contact taxi company to help get it back.
