"It was a simple stay, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel but they were quick with no issues. I might have left my white button up in the closet. But overall everything was fine."

"they have roaches in every room, i was switch 5 times to different rooms even different floors. they have bed bugs my daughters were bit up all over even on their faces, i complained to the staff with no help they can hardly understand you, housekeeping is extremely rude even when they’re at fault, they dry their own clothes outside all over just disgusting. the pool was filthy up until the day i checked out, the fitness room is a joke. it’s hot and muggy throughout the halls and good luck...

"Staff was friendly didn't understand English very well, breakfast was cold even at 7 in the morning ate it at different times over the stay of trip to see if a difference but still always cold, juices were flat no flover more water based. Room were okay very dated and could use a little more cleaning, Pool was horrible very cold and smelled like swamp water no cleaning or chemicals had tons of algae in it also the pool room was never cleaned trash sitting all over the place.best part of the stay...

"1. I always do the book now and pay later so I know what I’m paying for when I get to the hotel 2. I called the hotel to make sure me arriving early the next morning was ok and they said yes and for some reason they checked me in and charged my card. 3. I wasn’t made aware of that til I went to cancel my stay yesterday and was told by a different employee that I had already been checked in. 4."

"Our stay was even better than expected. Clean rooms and property, free water bottles available in the lobby. We had our dog and there was plenty of grassy area to walk them. Restaurant onsite."

"DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Day one, we were out of our room from 7:30am to 9pm. They picked up ALL of our towels, but did not replace ANY of them. When we went to the desk to inquire, we were told the clerk needed to call the manager. What? To get some towels (that they took). We were treated like we were thieves. We were told that they hadn’t replaced the towels because we were resting. WTH? We weren’t even in the room all day. No other room service or anything; no bed made, sweeping, nothing. Day...

"The property was terrible. Bed was nasty with someone hair all over what was supposed to be clean linen. Floors covered in pet hair. Room smelled awful. Requested that they reverse my payment back to my card. They didn’t reverse my payment had to call credit card company to stop payment."

"The comforter had stains. Breakfast was set up with no care given to it. The front guest person was at the desk sleeping both evenings I came in. I mean you get what you pay for."

"The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place."
