"What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised with Park Point Marina. After a lackluster stay at the Radisson, we switched to here for our second night's stay in Duluth. Since we came in the winter, the prices were very reasonable, but even during peak season, Park Place is still worth what i assume are premium prices. First impressions were that the resort has tons of character. It doesn't rely on huge open spaces like most hotels, but instead offers a cozy, very homely "up north" costal cabin...
