"I found clog of hair next to my bed, and when I tried to find my flip flop which get under the bed, I noticed full of garbage under the bed, chips and snacks garbage.. Maintenance was bad too. I was 4 days without shower because it was not working in my room. I told to the front desk, she send maintenance, he tried to fix it, but didn’t! They offered me to go to someones room to take a shower, they didn’t have different room, I should’ve deal with that. Property under construction, there is a...

"The internet very, very poor, not connecting in the bedroom. The toilet not flushing properly, the shower water slow draining. The place has a musty smell. This place is not suitable to be a guest house, it should be used as a hostel. I would not recommend this place as a guest house."

"The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! The area around the property and leading to the beach is a bit dirty. But you can't beat the value of this place! Paradise Beach is one of the very best in Barbados and to have...

"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.
I have been...
