"Staff were great"

"Our room size was perfect for our family of 5! The option to close the door to the bedroom was great for letting the older kids stay up later! The kids enjoyed the pool!"

"Decent hotel in a great location. The room was of a decent size, no coffee maker. There's a microwave in the lobby area. We enjoyed our stay, though we missed parking one night and had to park on the street. The front desk person didn't seem to care much, but it was our last night, so no big deal. Luckily, street parking was free after 8 pm. Overall, nice hotel if you're on a tight budget. Not ideal if you're looking for something fancy."

"My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again."

"The inn was delightful, the breakfast, delicious, and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The steps to the 3rd floor were a bit challenging for an 85 yr-old, but were carpeted and had a good banister. The 2 rooms I rented were small but lovely, with everything you could want available, except only one of the rooms had a comfortable lounging/reading chair. I would be happy to stay again....maybe choosing to be on a lower floor."

"The Inn was extremely charming, and we loved being able to sit in the library and view the unique set of books. An extremely comfortable bed with pillows when you’re at a home away from home. Owners were so accommodating and we had everything we needed. And it was nice to be away from city life, and also television devices. We had an amazing time! Looking forward to the next time"

If you haven’t booked, please look for another more suitable property. From the beginning communication was challenging with this property. Messages weren’t answered and if they were they were met with one to two word answers. "Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. "
