"We stay here all the time, but were surprised when checking in the bookin desk said 'have you stayed with us before' .. and no reaction to our answer .. very unusual for a 5* hotel. The room was nice, but outdated toilet with no slow closing lid .. and no cable stations on TV .. we searched for ever to find them .. Buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of selections and quick coffee service. All in all a good stay, just a few things unusually lacking for such a well know hotel."
