"The room we got was good. We needed the pull out couch which was difficult to open because of the furniture setup. We didn’t decide to purchase breakfast. We used the pool which was nice for the kids. The hot tub looks like it is permanently closed. And there was not much noise coming from the halls or other rooms, which I felt was pretty good because our room was quite close to the front desk area. We don’t travel a ton, we got to the hotel later in the evening. So when we checked in we...

"It was ok"

"Perfect stay. Close to everything and a relaxing and quiet location."

"Having to validate parking every time you want to go out is extremely inconvenient, each guest should be given a parking pass for the duration of their stay to avoid this. Carpets are old and dirty, got stuck in the parking lot because the machine wouldn’t take our ticket and we couldn’t hear the person on the intercoms (for parking) when they finally answered because of construction going on. The manager had to come and let us out. Front desk guy demanded my credit instead of politely asking...

"The hotel has become rundown and was in renovations. We did not see any notice of construction happening when we booked the location. The renovations are badly needed to bring the hotel to an acceptable level. While staying at the hotel, there was a vehicle that was broken into (smashed back window) at the rear of the hotel where we were parked. We started parking in the front of the hotel after this. The ceiling in the pool area was also hanging down and was not inviting to go to the...

"Terrible smell in the lobby and corridors, my room was not made up, had to go back to lobby, they gave me another room. Terrible odour in the rooms. Don’t recommend."

"Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again."

"La chambre est grande. La clim/chauffage est bruyante. Les rénovations ne sont pas terminés. Des poils dans le bain. Le lit propre a 90%, sent l'eau de javel. Le café gratuit du ledemain était vraiment de l'eau de moppe."

"The listing claimed the room contained a queen bed and a small kitchen island, both are false. The bed was a double and there was no kitchen island. The mini fridge had some white moisture on the walls. The pillows were flat an uncomfortable. The view is nice and the staff were kind."

"No clear instructions for the check in process, when we showed up the check in area was closed with a sign on the door displaying a number and who to call for assistance. When we called the manager she showed up and pointed to the cabin and said the door is open you can go on in. We got there around 6 which is a normal check in time so I think the check in area may be always closed. The cabin was mostly clean, sheets were folded on our bed and the bed wasn't made. When we went to make the bed...
