"It was not a good experience because when me and my friend came back to the room from being out all day our stuff was messed up and some of our food was stolen and they have not been helpful with trying to solve the issue they just shrugged it off like it was nothing"

"Upon arrival we found a BED BUG alive, walking on the bed! (3rd floor) We brought the insect to the front desk and requested to see another room. After inspecting the bed of a room of the first floor, we found evidence (dark spots/feces under the mattress) that there were bed bugs on that room too. We requested a refund, witch was granted, and left the hotel as quickly as possible. This hotel as a BED BUG INFESTATION."

"They did not clean the room the 4 nights we were there. They came in one day made 1 bed, changed the trash and left a few towels. We had to request towels every day. The pool was dirty and unable to swim in it. Website stated it opens in May."

"So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken...
