"The room wasn’t clean at first I have to reach out to the staff which they were not that helpful and very disrespectful to get the room I reserve was a big problem a state for three days and the robe was never changed and it was dirty at first I would never go back there again"

"Modernes Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und ein modernes Bad. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück. Personal war nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht so herzlich, wie in anderen Unterkünften in Marokko.
Tipp: Taxi über die Apps am besten in die Seitenstraße bestellen ;)"

"Rien à dire sur le service à la marocaine, la qualité des produits ou l’emplacement de l’hôtel
Moins bien: le choix des alcools qui pourraient être meilleurs, la literie pas au niveau
Pas bien: le massage de mon épouse était un massacre pour elle… elle avait le dos cassé après alors qu’elle avait demandé un massage de la tête et des pieds… la masseuse était novice et ne savait pas ce qu’elle faisait…
Dommage et la direction n’a rien fait
Enfin l’hôtel était en travaux en prévision de la haute...

"The staff were all amazing, very welcoming and professional. The view is stunning, we got upgraded to a sea view suite and balcony was great. They left blankets as it gets a little chilly on early May nights. The breakfast was pleasant, we stayed 2 days and the items were different with great variety, thank you for that.
