"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals....

My only (very minor) complaint is that the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom - bit dark for putting on makeup."

Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM. "The rooms look better online than in real life. I didn't like sleeping on two twin mattresses pushed together - even the sheets don't fully fit. Both the bathroom sink and the shower do not drain properly - so I showered in a puddle of water. Bathroom sink also leaks underneath. Construction is currently happening so beware of a lot of dust/dirt while walking to and from the main road. Also I paid extra for the mountain view, which has a huge construction crane in plain sight. Also beware of...

"The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day.
