"We stayed in a deluxe cabin it is far from deluxe. It had a musty smell, mould in the shower. Water stains on the windows and an old wall air conditioner/heater that vibrated the whole cabin. I left a glass on the sink and it was vibrating that much the smashed when it feel into the sink. It only has a double bed and not much room between the bed and the walls. Definitely not worth the money we paid to stay there."

I have requested a refund as the advertising is misleading and there is still no response or refund. As I write this they are still advertising they have a restaurant and bar and taking money. "The room we stayed in didn't match the photos on the website. I don't know if the other rooms were better."

"The management are wonderful, baking delicious brownies as a welcome gift, and ensuring the room had everything a family needed including a proper sized microwave, a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, lovely quality towels, and sufficient crockery and glassware, with a little fridge. There is also a wonderful kitchen easily accessible to guests, with more equipment and seating area for preparing a meal and dining if needed. It’s in a great location too, walking distance to the main...
