After calling red roof customer service I found out he was incorrect and the resolved the issue. So watch for hidden fees during check in and question...

"I literally grew up on that land. property was right down the road from the house i grew up in. it brought back a ton of memories and I got the chance to fish in pond with my 2 sons that Ive fished in countless times as a kid. property itself was amazing, perfect setting for that "country" life. will definitely be re-renting when i go visit family again.
