"We had to change rooms as we were starting a tour. They kept delaying the time we would get the room . The staff was not helpful."

"We had a short stay prior to our flight and we're bummed out we didn't have more time to enjoy the great amenities. For a tired traveller, that sauna is a great addition! Our children loved the playground and could not get enough of it! The staff was very responsive to our communication during the planning of our trip."

"Very Nice Hotel"

"Lovely modern hotel, in easy walking distance of everything. Helpful staff. Well equipped modern rooms"

"Great hotel, excellent location in the middle of everything"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a great place to relax, with a convenient location close to the food court, local markets, and many other amenities. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for both relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I...

"I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a great view of the city with a huge private terrace. The buffet style breakfast was wonderful with many breakfast options. The room was clean with lots of storage space for my clothing and suitcases. I had to leave early for a flight to return home and they even packed a meal to go box for us! The staff went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay again on my next trip to...

"Two night stay after landing in Tirana late at night. This hotel is clearly just treading water until the new IHG building is opened. Location is 10/10. Rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff are great. Breakfast was mediocre. Okay for a night or two maybe, but definitely not worth the money we paid via Expedia."

"Great price, we stayed here when we needed to be close to Tirana airport and it was a great choice!"

"The bed was hard as a ply wood very out dated hotel"

"Very welcoming and lovely staff."

"I expected more but the rooms and overall quality is basic"
