"We had an excellent stay at the Palazzo Castri. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the spa amenities after a long day of walking and visiting the sites. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is located a short walk from everything, and even the train station. We would definitely return to this location. "

"Excellent boutique hotel with easy walking access to most of the key sights in Florence. The Reception team was extremely helpful especially with local travel advice, early breakfast bag (for an early day trip) and luggage storage. A special mention to Ricardo who was always willing to help."
