"Property is gorgeous. Parts are unfortunately already looking worn/lack of attention to detail cleaning wise in the room. Bathroom shower was very odd but perhaps that was because I had an accessible room. Staff at reception are lovely but did not have a good experience at breakfast. "Incredible property and amenities were on point, asked for a wheelchair accessible room and it was very well suited for someone using a manual wheelchair wanting to visit this beautiful city "

"I have stayed here several times and I always enjoy it. IT is now under new ownership since my last stay, but all staff very nice and accomodating. Parking situtation was difficult due to multiple construction sites around the hotel. I did not know the car would be off site, but they sent a valet to come and get it, so it worked out."
