"Beautiful lagoon-front self-contained hotel, room was spotless, staff the most courteous and helpful I’ve ever met. Lagoon tour (arranged by front desk) was peaceful, full of birds, Captain Rohan a fantastic guide to birds and wildlife. Transportation to Negombo is via tuktuk, driver Asim polite and exceptionally kind (provided tour of Negombo and a short errand for salt and Type G adapter for my travels, Amagi Aria has universal outlets but the rest of Sri Lanka has Type G). Excellent breakfast...

On my last day, I paid a small fee for a late checkout, so I was able to relax until my evening flight — I truly appreciated that. "This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening. Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax. The staff are all warm and kind. It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do. You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours...

"Det hyggeligste lille hotel med de sødeste og mest nærværende værter, der gerne hjælper med at arrangere ture. Personalet er også utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde 3 nætter og skulle det ske at vi kommer til Negombo igen, så vil vi bo på dette dejlige sted igen. Værelserne er fine til prisen og poolen er ren. Morgenmaden er okay Det er også muligt at købe frokost og aftensmad på stedet og maden er helt fantastisk."
