"We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. "

"This is a hotel designed/built in the 90’s and you can tell…though it’s maintained well. The beds were comfortable, the staff great, the Olympic size pool - worn - but really good. The WiFi could be better. Other than that, we’ll be back. Especially for the lap swimming!"

"Tudo péssimo! Na verdade não é um hotel.. muito menos resort! Não tem um frigobar.. luzes não fincionavam, nem tomadas.. parecia mais um prédio que leuha apartamentos. Não.tinha carregador de malas, cobram o estacionamento e isso não constava no anúncio, a manutemlnção do quarto e do prédio de maneira geral é pessima. No baheiro o ralo estava solto "

"The hotel is old and the teachers in the room are old and some of them are broken. The broken things were the door knob, the toilet seat, the bathroom fan, and the condition of the room in general with cracks and peels on walls etc. They have a little they have kitchenette in the lobby where they make a pot of coffee in the morning but there's no coffee in the room.
