"The room itself was very good, but due to a burst pipe there was a strong unpleasant smell constantly coming into our room. Additionally, because of a haldi ceremony taking place, we were not allowed to access the pool. We did not expect this kind of experience from such a reputed brand."

Customer service is top notch by every staff/employees we connected. Aman and Ishu at reception were excellent. Dining is fabulous, all meals, so many varieties. Rajeev snd Aayush, the Managers at restaurant were excellent. Hotel set up Holi celebration for the guests which was simply amazing. Worth the stay, good value as well.
