"I stayed for three nights here. Had planned for two, but extended one night. Everything about this place is amazing...I am solo traveller and so enjoyed every moment. The views are breathtaking no matter which room u are in. I selected Joy. Personal recommendation would be either Joy or Bliss. All the rooms have good views though and privatw decks. Food is very good. Continental and Italian is average but the north Indian food is really nice. Staff is very courteous and always happy to help. But...

A caveat- Ramgarh is not a place for shopping or adventure sports and doesn't have the hustle-bustle of Nainital, but it is a place where you can sit down, slow down and reinvigorate yourself. The view from our room's balcony was breathtaking. The room was beautiful- the wood furnishings made it a quintessential old-world cottage. The surrounding woods make for a great trekking trail.
