"Jammer, dat de lazy river in onderhoud was en niet beschikbaar en dat de lifter solide wederom kapot was. Helaas was de lift naar het appartement ook kapot. We hebben wel ontzettend genoten van de combinatie Disneyland Parijs met het zwembad en het heerlijke VIP appartement"

"I just feel the bathroom was a bit dingy. The queues for food on a morning was horrendous. The pool area was a bit off putting. Saying that of the above, the hotel was super busy and the staff worked very hard. My husband picked up little people had just dropped on the floor by the lifts (disgusting people). The bed was super comfy. Nice 15 minute walk to the parks. I would stay here again, but it could do with a little update. If would also recommend this hotel."

"I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. Just a couple things that maybe it was my fault for expecting. 1) helpfulness? Not here. I went to the guest services a few times because I had questions. Like my kids needed some extra pillows? No. My wife got bitten by something, where can we get some first aid? Not here too bad. It’s really hot are there ice machines anywhere? No,...

"Whilst we have stayed here before. The hotel should have emailed people to warn them about the lack of air conditioning in the room. We stayed on the night of the heatwave in France. The rooms were stifling and we all experienced the worst nights sleep of our life. We had to leave at 0400 as it was just unsafe in my opinion. The staff hadn’t even put the fan on prior to our arrival. Personally I’ll be asking for a refund as it was unsafe to be staying here with all of the ice machines also...

On voit bien que dans cet hôtel c'est à la chaîne, aucun service individualisé, manque de respect des employés, on ne parle pas juste de manque d'amabilité, on parle de manque de respect ! "We had a great stay! We arrived early from an overnight flight. The staff assisted us with check in, allowed us to freshen up and delivered our bags to our room while we enjoyed the park. We stayed in a club level room and were blown away by the amazing breakfast and afternoon tea. Highly recommend this property."
