"The hotel is situated in a rough area; nonetheless, it feels secure and it is gated. My personal discomfort cones from the excessive noise that cones into the room, I could have stayed here but it was not for female friend. It’s has nice and well maintained courtyard that does give ut a nice touch."

"Room was very nice except when I saw hair on the bathroom floor and the shower floor I had second thoughts about cleanliness. It took one hour to be picked up at the airport…their excuse was tied up in traffic. Maybe a second shuttle should be used during peak periods. We had a very tasty soup in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good. I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn for years and I may never stay in one again."

"La habitación es muy cómoda y el hotel es sencillo pero útil y lindo la verdad me gustó mucho mi estancia"

"This hotel is still in the 70’s. No AC. Cracked tiles and stains on the carpets beds linens and curtains. Never again and then the audacity to charge people $200."

"Todo funciona bien hay un buen servicio y el hotel en general parece nuevo"

"The hotel is stunning and service is amazing and very attentive - one small detail ; we booked room on second level specifically for the view but unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage so we were moved to lower room - while they tried to fix it and move us back to the original room, it still smelled of strong chemicals - unfortunately we didn’t get any type of compensation for the inconvenience."

"Solamente lleven tapones para los oídos, ya que hay un bar en seguida y viernes y sábado es algo ruidoso el bar, con los tapones se soluciona."

"Being able to check in way past after midnight was helpful as our flight landed close to midnight, it helped that we had a reservation so our room was ready for us regardless of when we got there, but not having to worry about whether there was a room available was a weight off our shoulders"

"Todo muy confortable.!! Gracias por el servicio prestado.!!"

"Beautiful old fashioned hacienda. Great people. Excellent food. One of my faves"
