Called upon arrival and got an automated message saying they were not available! So got a taxi. With construction there was no other way to reach the hotel. No help with luggage upon arrival! Not even an offer and we are both elderly. No help at departure either. Room had a great view but a small bottle of lotion and conditioner and a kettle. Bare minimum for over...

"We were very happy with our spacious room. The staff were all exceptionally helpful. The reception staff bent over backwards to provide useful information. Breakfast was fine but very crowded and not well organised. Bit of a schemozzle on a very crowded Saturday."

"Excellent hotel was very nice. The only complaint breakfast starts too late at 7:30 which we had to miss to catch a train. Also, the shuttle to drive us over to the train did not start till 8 am as result we had to walk. Other than these two mishap's the was great!"
