"The property is dated and will shortly be closing for a complete refurbishment. The staff are a delight from reception to cleaning team and valet parking. They do their best to keep the property going, but it shows its age through a struggling aircon system and a very rusty pool area. Its location is excellent, rooms are very quiet, there is a pool. Your experience will depend on your expectations, it’s certainly not 5 stars but a very pleasant base in Vichy."

"Excellent hotel located close to the historical heart of Vichy, The quality of the room was very good, with air conditioning that worked well. The breakfast was good value , offering a wide range of food both hot and cold. We only stayed for one night, but I would happily stay there again."

"Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel très bien situé. On peut visiter Vichy à pied, un petit circuit touristique est proposé à l'accueil. Personnel très aimable, à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner. Chambre propre, climatisée. Petit déjeuner copieux. Parking souterrain sécurisé, 12€. On apprécierait toutefois quelques petits équipements supplémentaires, des serviettes pour les mains, une boîte de mouchoirs... Très bonne adresse à découvrir sans hésiter."

"Quelle surprise en arrivant au pied de cet escalier pour monter trois grands étages cette information ne figure pas dans la dans le guide de hotels.com L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble vieux et rénové de très mauvaise qualité et pour certains travaux non terminés Plein de petites choses sont faites de façon approximative tel les lampes de chevet sans prise de courant et aussi la machine à café poser sur un plan de travail qui ne comporte pas de prise de courant exetera Seul satisfaction...

"Very charming, eclectic, and yet classic accommodations in the heart of Vichy. Rooms are adorned with beautiful art and items collected from owners travels around the world. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated them accommodating us with a very late arrival, including parking on the street at front of the hotel. This was especially helpful considering my wife has mobility issues. Les Suites is in an excellent location in the heart of the city. It was very well located...

"Het kasteel was echt prachtig! Een droomkasteel! Personnel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ontbijt was kakelvers en de kamers gigantisch. Helemaal terug in de tijd. Wat een droom! Vooral ons dochtertje van 7 wilde hier niet meer weg… ze vindt het moet dan Disneyland en wil graag nog eens terug komen. Grote dank!"
