"Ifdakhar and Heather are the hosts of this beautiful home and property on Perch Lake. They live in the home and stay in the basement while guests are renting. They greeted us upon arrival and explained the amenities and gave us info on the surrounding area. The home is very clean and has unique woodwork throughout. "Room was dated but very clean and comfortable. Location of the facility is excellent and easy access to all downtown areas. As well, easy access to and from the facility. Staff are wonderful and every interaction was professional and respectful. Breakfast was so-so but I was full afterwards. I will stay there again."

"This place has seen better days. It was clean, so I will give it that, but there were several little things that added up to a somewhat disappointing experience. An example were the curtains, which were not close to blackout. With the parking lot brightly lit, the room was too bright to get consistent sleep.
