Breakfast was fantastic. However, the pool was not usable during our stay because it was not clean, and we were surprised that there was no seating around the pool area. Despite this drawback, we enjoyed the serenity of the hotel."

I didn't like the poor service and missing items that were not as advertised. No pool No wifi No toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask for some. The manager was non- existence during our stay. "The hotel is a little bit outside of Klikor. At first our driver had some diiifculties of finding the hotel. Bute once we arrived it was a big surprise how big the hotel was. The service staff was really nice and polite. They showed us the rooms that were supposed to be ours but also asked if we were ok with the rooms. Two of the rooms didn‘t have a fridge. And we were offered to move fridges from the first floor to our rooms in the second floor. We didn‘t need those but again it shows how...

"This was a great experience! Better than expected even! I don't think the pictures do the property true justice. Staff were great, room was clean, AC functioned well and the wireless was strong! Our only complaint was that upon arriving, starving from a morning of travel, we didn't receive the lunch we ordered until nearly an hour after we had ordered it. That was the only meal that took long, everything else was honeslty great! Being right on the river, the views are phenomenal."
