"Simple clean no frills and good for price. Biggest drawback: Hotel room doors loudly slam shut which will disturb sleep. It woke me up quite early @6am and as more guests woke up the noise was continuous. I was surprised this was an issue. I hope they fix it. Otherwise the property is a good value."

"This is a good Holiday Inn Express, on par with the brand. However, IHG has recently instituted a new policy at all of its hotel brands of a $5 per day parking fee. This is simply awful. There is no reason for it. It appears to be either a cash grab or play to get more to enroll as an IHG member. Fortunately I am a member and was able to avoid the fee. But the point is that this is just wrong. There is absolutely no reason to charge for parking at this hotel. It will be an added consideration...

"My daughter and I stayed for one night. It was quiet enough for me to get my homework done, the bed was soft enough for her to fall asleep before 2am. The staff who was there was very helpful in getting us into a different room. I didn't know I booked an accessible room,she was nice enough to move us into a different room without an extra charge. I received my full deposit also. Breakfast could have been a little bit better but I feel like she was the only one working in the whole hotel. I would...

"Everybody was very friendly. They was real nice. The rooms was very clean and most of all everything was just excellent."

"The check in process took about 40 minutes, 20 of which was spent waiting on someone to come to the check in desk. It was left unattended. Then our room was not properly cleaned. We found hair from someone shaving in the bathroom sink. The air conditioner was under a table and required elastic arms to reach the controls and the room never really got to the temp we had set it for. Would definitely not stay here again."
