"Pool was out of service during 90 degree temperatures. TV was out in hotel. Was supposed to get a credit but haven’t seen it."

"The room was filthy. Before checking out I noticed NO battery in the fire detector! Unbelievable. Elevator inoperable. Showed pics and asked for a full refund to Manager Whitney Webster. Kind and caring lady. She promised a FULL refund and will be reaching out to Expedia to refund. Do not stay here. Incredibly dated and just plain nasty. 0/10"

"Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Castle of Muskogee, Honor Heights Park, and other local attractions. Parking was conveniently located right in front of our room, so we didn't have to walk far while unloading our luggage. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Muskogee, Oklahoma."

"Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!"
