"Mon avis, bauf, je ne recommande pas.Hôtel composé de 2 bâtiments. Le 1er bât. principal,plus récent,il y a l’accueil,la plus grosse partie des chambres,petit déj.,piscine(sans pédiluve pour les pieds,les gens marchent avec mêmes tongs qu’à l’extérieur, bonjour les microbes dans l’eau!) sauna,espace détente.Puis 2eme bât., là où je dormais,en bord de route(pas trop fréquentée car petit village heureusement) avec restaurant pour le soir au rdc et chambres sur 2 étages sans ascenseur(pas prévu...

"Room was spotless and spacious. Check in was easy, parking was good. Very quiet. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was plenteous and delicious. No complaints and would highly recommend!"

"Two of us stayed here for one night on a whirlwind trip in the area. The hotel's location is great... right on the river, and the associated restaurant has tables right above the river path. The room was large (it was a room for 3 or 4, I think) and had a balcony looking over the river. The restaurant prices were good, as was the food. Overall, very nice."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was cozy and clean and the property was fairly central to everything we wanted to do in the Hoch Schwarzwald."

"A straightforward automated check in at a machine by the entrance door to about two minutes. The hotel is clean and has a modern feel inside an old railway station building. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and well equipped. Be careful in the shower though - I found the shower tray very slippery when wet!. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel which seemed very popular with the locals. There is a beer garden across the street and eateries...

"Poor customer service"

"If you plan to stay, especially a non-German speakers, check-in early before staff get off work. It will be somewhat difficult to find your room and keys. We are lucky that there are ground staff still working and called the manager to come for check-in. Otherwise, it is a fantastic place to stay."

"Der Zimmerboden hätte gründlicher gereinigt sein dürfen. Man will schließlich nicht die Krümel von der Fusssohle wischen bevor man ins Bett steigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück geb es zu einem fairen Preis. Mit dem online check-in kommt man gut zurecht."

"Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, wurden sehr freundlich von der Chefin empfangen. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber, das Haus hat einen tollen Charme. Das Essen hat eine gute Qualität und das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Insgesamt eine tolle rundum schöne Lokation."
