"There was so much walking. It was like a maze at the resort.!! also booked our trip on Expedia did not get the room that we were told we were gonna get with the continental breakfast. There was no continental breakfast however they did put us in a different room but we lost half a day.!"

"My sisters and I did a girls trip to Lake Geneva and stay here in the 2 bedroom governors suite. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The 2 beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the pull out couch mattress which was just horrible. One of my sister's slept on it and didn't sleep at all. The mattress was sinking down with hard bumps and there no where you could sleep comfortably. Everything else in the room was great. A nice size fridge and a sink. All in all I would stay there...

"The place was really pretty, but they never mentioned that you can’t have more than two vehicles. If not, they make you park on the street which if you have a smaller vehicle or lower to the ground is nearly impossible. We had to ask the staff five or six times to explain what they meant by park on the street before they gave us a legitimate area, room was very nice but an excessive amount of rules had to ask the staff because of event where to park because there were no spots left from leaving...
