"Nice structure. No cold water in tap in a.m. in either room.Refrigerator froze over. We had to change rooms. No microwaves in rooms. Carpets not clean in corners. Parking is additional $32/night. Would not recommend. Check in/out staff were friendly."

"We had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, and great breakfast! The only complaint was that the room felt a little damp, likely from the lack of fan in the bathroom. However, it wasn’t bad enough to negatively impact our stay."

"Great staff, but property is worn. Shower handles are chipping paint, no phone chargers anywhere in room, no water in fitness center. Lacking updates and maintenance - esp for a Hilton property. Lastly, there was no notification that all of the surrounding streets are torn up and under construction - absolutely no parking, unless it pay for their valet."

"On site parking for guests was expensive and not clearly explained. I also have several unverified charges from the hotel that staff have been unable to identify or explain, leaving me responsible for charges that remain unresolved. Unfortunately, the process of getting someone to investigate these issues has been frustratingly slow and inefficient."

"The front staff efficient and friendly. The hotel itself was a little older than some of the other Hampton Inns where we have stayed but it was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool. The hotel is close to the Omaha Riverfront area and some good restaurants."

"Rooms are very clean and spacious. Parking is great and easily accessible. Really can’t beat the location! All of Old Town shops and restaurants are within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the Omaha Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"If I could give it less than one star, I would. When we arrived to check in, the front doors of the hotel were propped open. They stay propped open 24 hours a day. There was no a/c working in the entrance, front desk, seating area, and breakfast area. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up. We tried to enjoy the pool but since it was in an enclosed area and the air conditioning wasn’t working, it was too hot...
