"This is a great place to stay overnight or for several days! The rooms are nicely designed, and the fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch when thinking ahead to fall/winter. The highlight of the property is the multiple fire pits and seating areas down along the river. It was beautiful down there, and spending the evening along the river was exactly what I had hoped for. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and clean with sweet & helpful staff members. Only complaint is that the bedrooms get a little warm as the AC is just in the living room and not in the bedrooms. Overall great stay! "

"My husband and I came into town for a wedding and not knowing the area we chose The New World Inn. We were very impressed with the kind, welcoming manner of the owner and how clean and comfortable the place and the beds were. The shower was better than mine at home! We had a nice balcony off our room which we used in the morning and evening. My husband liked the choices of the breakfast. He also loved the freshness of the coffee. I would highly recommend this Inn to anyone staying in the area."

" We stayed in room 12 at the back of the property for a long birthday weekend. It was fantastic (made even more special because the staff recognized that it was our birthday even thought we didn’t tell them and they made it special)! Room was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was small but there is no way to make it bigger because of the slant of the roof. I didn’t think we would need the efficiency kitchen but I was wrong. It was nice to have a place to store leftovers, wine and beer, and...
