"Amazing food ! The young cook is an excellent ! Lovely views from the dining area . We saw giant squirrels , black faced langurs, a tiny deer , monitor lizard, hares etc. on the property grounds. Only down side is that the rooms feel a bit isolated from the staff/dining area . we had a power cut in the middle of the night for quite a few hours and nobody came to help. Otherwise, staff were kind and very helpful"

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."

"My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my parents have travelled all around Sri Lanka and tried many different cuisines, so coming from them, that is actually really huge to hear! Next time I’m in Lanka, I already know where my first stop will be. 10/10 for such a great stay!"

"Staff were incredibly helpful warm and welcoming. The views were amazing from our room; from welcome area and pool area. Definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean. Location was 1 km from ella so approx 500 SR to get to town (uphill!) but an easy walk ( downhill ) to get back !!"
