Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast.
But
1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing
2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door.
3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later.
4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

"Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare."

Dislikes: the staff, the service, the room was so poorly lay out the bed so close to the wall where the TV set up hence there is no room to move which ended up with my husband got hurt and bruised for days.
