"Very comfy bed and lovely quiet room. A huge shoutout to Will, a happy, pleasant young man who could not do enough for us. Thank you Will for an amazing breakfast experience. "We had to move to another place. Beds were too bad"

"This is a great value hotel, close to town it's clean and Matthew was very helpful at reception. It's my second time staying here and I have no hesitation in coming back next time I'm in Launceston."

"Room is very clean. The indoor swimming pool quite busy with kids."

"Needs a serious update. Hard to find room. No aircon. Stuffy. Terrible bed. Great breakfast though"

"We had a 3 bedroom for a family of 6. Really spacious and clean. Good location. Staff were really helpful - quick check in and helped us change the bedding arrangement in one of our rooms."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very spacious and clean."

It was a heap of little things that have made my mind up for...

"The staff were so helpful as we required an after hours check in. Our bag was put in our room ready for our arrival after hours. The staff were always happy and willing to help. The room was clean and everything we needed."
