"Staff was terrible"

"There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. "Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table."
