"This property has seen better days and could use a lot of maintenance and upkeep. I stayed for over a week, and while the suite was spacious, with a nice view of the beach and ocean, there were a few key factors that earned the low rating- lack of a good nights sleep is primary. The heating and AC in the room didn’t work. Staff was notified, and I was told “maintenance “checked” the system but needed me in the room to determine if it was working”. "Had a great time. Rooms were well kept and refreshing. The layout felt up-to-date and not grungy in any way. All the staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful. Even informing us of interesting places to check out on our trip. Both me and my friends had an overall great experience at the Best Western Plus."

"Really great place to stay with family! We enjoyed this hotel and they had a great breakfast. The room was a bit on the smaller side and didn’t have the little things in the bathroom that I’m used to having like face wash. I’m sure I could have asked the front desk so that may be my bad. The bathroom had lotion and hand wash and one makeup remover . The shower had the normal shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I will say I do like the Dove brand so it was all nice and smelled good. "DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BOOK SOMETHING ELSE. This was the worst stay I have ever had. I have never written a review but I had no choice because it was so bad. The room was dirty, the staff was unfriendly and rude, the freeway is steps from the hotel so all you hear is traffic. The toilet was broken in my room and it ran all night. I called to get it fixed and they had no one to help me until the morning and would not move me to another room. The smell in the hallways was disgusting I could go...
