"Excellent option when you are in Chicago. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they want you to feel cared for. I stayed in a room on the first floor, very clean, and we had a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff and the kitchen staff as well as cleaning and maintenance team were amazing. The breakfast was buffet and it varies every day. The location is also prime. Plenty of parking on a very nice area of Naperville/Lisle. Thank you."

Then there was a cup of water next to our ice bucket inside the room there also was a water bottle in the window behind the curtains . We were not going to complain at first until I woke up from my nap about to go back and enjoy my food I felt on the table and there was a baby roach that crawled around the table and went into my other food tray .
