"Iwas looking for a room in Florence and this came up first on the Expedia website. I was not aware that it was very off the highway. At first I was really upset that we were driving 20 miles away but when we arrived to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. We loved the hotel and it was in walking distance to some very fun places to grab some food and a drink. It was worth the drive."

"This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . "

"As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!"
