"The outside of the hotel looked amazing and the minute you walk in your instantly greeted! The entire staff were welcoming and friendly, especially with it being our first time in Tennessee and to experience snow ( in the winter ice storm that was headed there way) . They assured us that we would have been fine and they had generators so we wouldn’t be without power. "The staff at this location is what made it so wonderful especially the Tuesday morning staff. I almost missed breakfast coming down about 10 minutes to 9 and she made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant to chat with and the tip on the strawberry cream cheese made my day. You have great staff, do whatever you need to retain them. I will be back next time as we come to this area 3x a year."
