"Houskeeping opening door at 915 am, talking loudly to coworker in hallway. Im still in bed, so i call out hello. She says oh, housekeeping, do you need anything. I said no. She closed door. I go for breakfast, where it must be brong your kids amd family to works. 2 kids maybe 4 and 5 argung in breakfast area, 2 more behind the front desk. Adults maybe friends or family or more staff all having social hour. Breakfast area a mess. Plates of food on tables. Take my coffee back to my room.I just get...

"The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! "

"Room had hair in it and was pretty dirty I saw some yellow stuff in my shower when i got in. I ended up missing my brunch because the shower wouldn’t heat up for almost half an hour in the morning. Motel experience for a hotel price."

"They put me in the wrong room with the wrong shower so i was unable to take a bath so I think I should get a refund. Thanks "

"I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.The staff was very friendly and professional.Especially bipin at the Front desk the rooms were very spacious and clean. Had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was huge and worked great. "Overall good experience except the Hamilton Beach coffee maker did not work. Never got a replacement. Recommend they purchase Keurigs. "
