"It was a tablet check in which was fairly easy but sends the room number and access code to your e mail address . The rooms were clean and tidy. Free hot drinks in an area on a lower floor. Check out didn’t work on the tablet, so used the telephone. Nobody answered that call, but a member of staff appeared and said everything was fine and we could leave. Diving distance to local restaurants and there were numerous. The gondola was close by, although we didn’t go to the top because it was...

"The rooms are quite large. There were a lot of unfinished projects going on, so the property was messy and slightly unkempt. The breakfast was terrible. Trash bags were left out attracting skunks. Price made it a 4 star."

"Love our stay in Vikings. Staff was amazing and very attentive and helpful. The cabins were beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Very recommended. Hope to go back in the future."

"Trash outside entry doors and filthy hallway carpet. Lukewarm water in the bathroom. Musty smelling room."

"Very quaint. We had a little hiccup with technology checking in but was quickly rectified by the property owner. Would happily stay again!"

"It’s located with restaurants within walking distance. It is well maintained for a historic hotel with probably about 15 steps in the lobby before you get to the elevator. It was noisy some nights due to being in the city and having residents living life. Staff was wonderful. Again location was great to see Buffalo—Niagara is 20 min away, Botanic Garden and Eternal Flame about the same. We enjoyed our stay."

"100% recommend staying here!! We had the best stay at this cozy, modern Inn. There are tons of options for families (board games, movies, s’mores over a fire). Everything is clean and up to date, and check-in was so easy with amazing owners!"

"Very old fashion rooms. Twin queen beds were comfortable but dated. I liked the den area were your group can get together and talk. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly."

"Rooms are old and worn. Bathroom had been updated, but not “finished” well. Tile ended and exposed bare wall. Fixtures in the room were worn and needed to be replaced. Floorboards were dirty"

"The staff was amazing here and we absolutely loved our stay. We will be coming back and staying again."

"Good location. About what one might expect in a budget motel."

"The hotel was fairly new. Coffee was the only thing I felt needed changed."

"Was a good room for a one night stay on a road trip."

"Beds and bedding were super comfy but the room itself was rather small and dated."

"The grounds were gorgeous, total beauty…the river and the mountains. Loved the outdoor gas fire pit and the hammock by the river. The room was nice and clean and loved the bathroom and shower. BUT, it was not homey, it lacked the New England charm and not having any human interaction in the tiny lobby felt unwelcoming. Also didn’t like the elephant-like footsteps on the floor above. The area is indeed gorgeous and very romantic."

"I asked him on the front desk if I get a coffee machine but hi said no wen i order online they said breakfast is available but is not the guy in front desk was rude"
