"I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!"

"When we first entered our room, our AC was off and it was over 80 degrees in there. We turned on the AC, but it just wouldn’t cool down. We eventually got a hold of the front desk, and they gave us a different room which was nice but it was a big pain moving everything over. Service was slow in the restaurants and when we needed something from the front desk. We went to the pool, and it was filthy. Dirty towels and cups were scattered. There were no clean towels available. The shower in the room...

"The room was very clean and really appreciated the flooring - no carpet! Lobby was bright and cheerful. Staff was friendly. The breakfast that was included and plentiful with lots of choices. Would stay at this property again when we go though Sioux City"

"The property upon entering did not smell pleasant. It was clean enough and not seeing any irregularities, I have to assume it is just an older property that could use some TLC. Once the AC was turned on in our room, the odor dissipated. The clientele appeared to be heavy construction workers. Being a property wirh suites and kitchen facilities, it would work well for them."

"For the price this was best place we stayed at on our trip. I was really surprised on how great it looked when we got there. I wasn’t expected much for the price but was definitely blown away. When traveling definitely look for super 8’s. This one was the best experience as everything was spotless."

"Front desk was not very friendly when the remote for tv didn't work , AC in room was very noisy when it was running, no live TV only streaming channels , was needing to get food was told that my dog had to go into the dinning area sense he is a service dog . I did not want to make a scene with him just wanted to eat . Chose to leave and find a different place to stay . I don't like to make scenes , just want to feel like im normal like others but medical reasons sometimes makes me different. ...
