"The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate."

"I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a classic double room and it was bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed (hot drinks, Elemis shampoo, body wash). Some slight wear and tear on the furniture (warped side tables and desk) which is easily fixed and will make the room near perfect.
The only issue we did have was this thinness of the walls and ceilings. We were woken by people walking in their room above us and could hear...

"We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. The location was perfect for our needs, and having plenty of parking on-site made things very easy. Our room was standard, comfortable, and clean. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—a really lovely full English! Would happily stay again."

"Online this hotel looks a great place to stay . Unfortunately when stopping there it does not get close to delivering that standard. We booked a 90 birthday for my mother for 80 guests . The level of support from the people that work there was so poor. On asking could speak to a manager we were told that would not be possible"
