Found out when I drop remote and the shower and tub was dirty so please check because I found hair and dirt in each! Then The guy Sent to clean kept scrubbing partial and askin me what about now I said there’s another piece of hair and was confuse why not clean the whole thing! So when I found the shower as dirty I just clean it myself! Other than that spa was amazing and...

"the staff was great and the rooms as well. unfortunately the guest were the ones that made it bad. They broke some glass in the pool that made the staff drain the whole pool and refill it."
