"Our toilet was broken. We had to remove the tank lid each time and put our hand down in to pull chain. Despite reporting the staff did nothing. There were also fruit flies all over the room. We were there for a dance competition in the area. Will not stay there again"

"The furniture in the room definitely showed wear, the bathtub plug did not work and at least one outlet did not work. The staff were very welcoming and friendly!"

"Our two night stay was better than average. Room had a very slight smell of smoke, but was tolerable. It was ready early and very clean. Beds were comfy. Surprised that Breakfast was only continental, what they had was limited, yet we all found something to eat. Front staff was very attentive. First night the pool was a bit cloudy so we chose to enjoy the hot tub only. Second night the pool was inviting and very warm. Would go back to this hotel."

"When we arrived there wasn’t a live person to check us in. The long line of people stood and waited to check in via a person on a screen. The entire hotel reeked of smoke, our room smelled, the bathroom was dirty, and our door had a big gap at the top that you could see into the hallway. It was a shame that the rooms were at the quality that they were. The pictures online definitely over-sell the hotel. Breakfast was nice and appreciated."

"The bed was very comfortable. The tub and shower was old and chipped. The room itself was nice. The refrigerator was not working nor wasthe clock. Everything else was nice. The breakfast was crowed and NO Orange Juice, just weak lemonade. Poor selection with a sign to only 3 choices. They did have yogurt, pancake machine and some cereals. Old donuts."

"There was no hot water to first day at all and only like warm day two. The pool and gym were closed and had been since October; this was not noted on Expedia at all. I would have chosen a different property had I known. Two disappointed boys."
