"We loooooved the Colony Hotel! We were there in late October, so the main part of the hotel was closed, but the wing on the other side of the parking lot was brand newly remodeled and perfectly convenient, super clean and cute! Very easy parking, very very convenient location, we could walk straight out to the path along the ocean and could either walk or a very short drive to town. We absolutely loved it so much that we came back two nights later!"

"No curtain on the window, so couldnt open the blinds for natural light, without everyone walking by enjoying a peep show. Bathroom door was loose on the hinge, so it sagged. Had to be lifted, to open and close. Opaque glass in the bathroom door, so you can see at least shadows of all movement behind the door. That said, for the price, you can't beat it. "

"It was a comfortable, clean room, close to the beach. The hotel had a retro beach resort vibe."

"The parking spot for our room was terrible. The spot is on the corner and there is very limited space to turn the corner and clear the parked car. Plus everyone seems to be staring at the ocean as they turn the tight corner. Someone's car scratched my car while it was parked there. Quiet hours make sense because you can hear normal conversation in the next room through the walls. However, the view is beautiful and the beachfront location is very nice. "
