"We were pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated accommodations at the Sea Latch. We have been coming up to York Beach for 30+ years. We usually rent a home but plans changed and we decided to come up for a long weekend. We were a group of 14 divided into 4 families/4 rooms. We booked it two weeks in advance. We had some minor hiccups with our reservation - one party paid for a Deluxe studio but got a standard room instead. Unfortunately they were booked solid and could not accommodate...

"The owner/host is so helpful. We met an issue that I did not understand the reason why it happened. We booked a room for 2-nite and Expedia confirmed and sent SMS for that confirmation. 3-4 hrs later, we received a mail with content is the card can't verify, the host will hold the booking within 24 hrs.
