"First and foremost property doesn’t have AC , and not even a fan that can circulate some air , if you are traveling during summer count this one out . In winter bring a lots of blankets because it doesn’t have heat either. Front seat was terrible , all young and very unmanned people. Upon asking for dental care kit they had an attitude. "The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"2 tram rides from Zurich centre about 40 mins, trams every 15 mins and stop just outside hotel. Staff very helpful when I asked for a travel plug (different to the round 2 pin) to charge my phone (usb outlet in room no usbc). "It's a modern accommodation and conveniently situated near the highway. There was a bit of a mix-up with our room upon check-in, but the staff graciously corrected the problem. Unfortunately the new room we were provided had a considerable musty "dog-like" smell to it. The room was also extremely small, however I realize this is typical of many European 'value' hotels -- it's just that for a fairly considerable room rate, I had expected a bit more."

"I enjoyed my stay here and the room was clean and quiet. There was a small issue with the first room and the staff were very accommodating and moved me the next day. The breakfast was fine but it’s a busy hotel with tour groups and schools so expect a lot of people. The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk from the train station."
