"We were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our rooms were upgraded to family suites, which was much appreciated given my wife’s mobility needs.
My wife stopped by the front desk to ask about the route route to Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, and the Schilthorn. A little later, there was a knock on our door — Judit from the front desk came by and walked us through a clear, step-by-step plan for the journey. It was thoughtful and took the guesswork out of the morning.

"We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald "

"You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. The town itself and walk down to Gimmelwald is so enchanting that we were constantly in a state of awe!! Small grocery store and all you need are in Mürren,...

"Stayed in a renovated room which was great. Spacious room and great shower and water pressure in the shower. Fantastic views of Jungfrau from the balcony. Loved seeing all the paragliders landing in the park across from the hotel. Excellent location close to Interlaken West train station. If I came back to Interlaken I would stay here again."
"I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please."
"It’s a charming boutique hotel with a wonderful view of the lake. The property is located near the railway, so the mountain-view rooms can be a bit noisy during the day, but trains don’t run at night. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, I would recommend choosing a lake-view room for the best experience."

Wilderswil is a quaint town with swiss houses around and expansive views of snow clad mountains. Our room offered view of the snow clad mountains and cosy setting inside. "
"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!
