"The venue is excellent the villas beautiful and the location great. initially we were not warmly welcomed and staff suggested we had been scammed on booking dot com. This was eventually resolved as they had assumed the booking was in my husbands name on not mine. The service in the restaurant was slow even when relatively empty with staff seemingly extra and not anticipating guests needs of water drinks and menus. we had three nights there and this was a regular observation.
