"Our family of 4 stayed in a beachfront villa and it was amazing. The kids especially loved the private pool overlooking the beach, and the larger pool just a minute walk away. The rooms and overall resort were large, clean and beautiful.
Looks like they are progressively refurbishing and only putting people in the fixed up rooms, I assume the negative reviews from a couple of years ago were back when it was run down after covid."

"Short stay, but beyond our expectations.
We were really happy with the rooms, especially the beautiful sea view and the private pool. Everything was clean, fresh, and felt luxurious. The host was amazing, always responsive and full of helpful local tips.
Highly recommend ❤️"

"This was a good hotel for families but I don’t recommend for couples as the noise from children yelling and squealing in the pools started very early and went on till almost 11pm at night which carried all the way up to the 10th floor. Also need to mention that the food was very very expensive for Vietnam. But it is on a lovely beach front location."
