"The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking. The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely. The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival. We would stay here again in the future 😁 "

"Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal. "

"We only stayed for one night but were very happy with our stay. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous and our room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was part of our accommodation package as it enabled us to be up early, fed and continue on our holiday journey. "

"Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. "This is a beautiful place to stay. Room was gorgeous with expensive fittings and everything thought of, free water, hair dryer, coffee bags, kettle etc. Breakfast delicious and I loved Eccleshall. Staff were lovely and so much nicer than staying in Stafford."
